VENTILATION CLEANING STEPS
The air duct cleaning takes place in several stages:
Stage 1.
Departure of a specialist to the facility and initial inspection of ventilation systems.
At this stage, it is important to determine the type and design features of ventilation systems, the scope of work.
Stage 2.
Coordination of the cost of work and the conclusion of an Agreement for the cleaning of ventilation systems *.
Stage 3.
Specialists draw up a plan for cleaning ventilation systems.
A plan for cleaning both individual sections of ventilation systems and a general plan for cleaning ventilation systems is drawn up.
Stage 4 (if necessary)
Preparing the premises for cleaning ventilation systems.
Stage 5.
Cleaning of ventilation systems.
The cleaning process itself takes place, if necessary, inspection hatches are installed.
Purification technology
Compressed air cleaning is carried out according to the method of System Hygiehics (Great Britain).
At the same time, a powerful industrial vacuum cleaner is installed in the upper part of the channel, and the channel is cleaned using compressed air , which is supplied through a thin hose. At the end of the hose there is a special plastic nozzle (intrinsically safe design), through which compressed air, leaving at high speed, loosens deposits that are removed from the channel by a vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the high power of the vacuum cleaner, a vacuum is created in the channel.
When using compressed air cleaning technology, dust deposits do not remain in the ventilation systems, but are removed to the vacuum cleaner filters.
At the same time, in contrast to cleaning with metal brushes, there is no mechanical effect on the channel walls, the channel is cleaned along the entire perimeter.
The mechanical method of cleaning ventilation systems is the most effective.
In this method, dirt and dust particles are removed from the surface of the duct using cleaning machines. Then, entrained by the air flow generated by the high-pressure fans, the particles enter the filtration unit. After the filters, the air flows back into the room.
The choice of the type of equipment depends on the size of the duct and the degree of its pollution.
Cleaning control is carried out using photographic fixation.
By agreement, it is possible to provide a photo and video report before and after cleaning.
Stage 6 (as agreed).
Disinfection of ventilation systems.
The inner surface of the air ducts is irrigated with a special solution.
7 stage.
Cleaning of the premises after the work performed.
Garbage collected during cleaning of ventilation systems is collected and removed.
Stage 8.
Delivery of the object to the Customer.
Signing of the Act of "acceptance from cleaning of ventilation systems" *
Stage 9.
Transfer of a complete set of documents to the Customer, based on the results of the work performed.
