Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health conducted studies showing increase in consumption of soda and sugar-sweetened beverages, lack of physical activity, lack of parental guidance, easily accessible vending machines in schools and eating too much fast food being reasons for childhood obesity. Also offers advice on how to help children overcome bad health choices.
