This assignment helps you develop a description of your current reflective voice and to identify ideals and values that you fell should guide its development.    
  
In a 4 page typed, double-spaced paper describe your reflective persona, using examples from your experience. Develop a rich description of your persona by identifying your responses to various types of deliberative contexts. In the second part of the paper, identify some ideals of reflection (consider those in the reading) and some aspects of your persona that you would like to affirm, develop, or change. You may find it helpful to identify role models or examples from your experience of reflective virtues you find worthy of pursuit.
