Ideals for Reflective Persona
There are many ways to identify ideals for your reflective persona. You can think of core discussion values that you wish to model, such as the pursuit of truth, respect for diverse views, etc. Any trait that you admire for a good reason or that might improve your thinking can be considered and "ideal" toward which you move.
In The Five Disciplines of Thought three ideals are discussed: sympathetic understanding, seeking knowledge, and inviting appraisal.
