- Challenging the Diet/Exercise Paradigm -- "energy balance" is a false theory because calories have different effects depending upon the food.
- Big Sugar Funding Scandals - Nestle describes an early version of this, but there was a more recent scandal involving many "professors" paid collectively $50 million. [1]
