  • Challenging the Diet/Exercise Paradigm -- "energy balance" is a false theory because calories have different effects depending upon the food.
  • Big Sugar Funding Scandals - Nestle describes an early version of this, but there was a more recent scandal involving many "professors" paid collectively $50 million.

  • Glycemic response. Insulin a fat storage hormone. Also loss of neural signal that you are "full"
