An external, street advertising campaign is a graphic or text marketing information posted on specially erected advertising structures (often this kind of advertising is located in open areas above road ramps or on the upper floors of construction sites). Some experts refer to outdoor advertising as POS-type constructions, which are placed inside shopping centers and in local supermarkets. It is also worth noting that outdoor advertising is a subtype of LP advertising. From the foregoing, it follows that outdoor (street advertising) is a mechanism for implementing marketing projects designed for long-term perception of graphic or textual information by a wide range of users. Today, the following forms of outdoor advertising are distinguished: video screens, advertising banners or billboards; advertising installations on roofs, superboards, tri-vision billboards, panel advertisements, banners, roller display advertisements, electronic and stationary tabloids, advertising nets and nets on scaffolding, illuminated signs, road signs, pillars and much more. Depending on the location of advertising campaigns, outdoor advertising is subdivided into: advertising in elevators, advertising at construction sites, metro advertising, advertising in public transport.
