Small Group 1 Allison, Nick, Demetri, Ethan, Evan, Sam, Jeremy, Jake, Racheal, Stacey, Austin
Nick and Demetri were arguing because Demetri left his cellular device at his dorm, and nick deeply needed to speak with Demetri. Nick began to ball, Demetri hugged Nick and apologized a plethora of times for leaving his cellular device un-attended. Nick was the knitpicker an skeptic for not knowing why Demetri didn't have a phone. This is an argument. The topic would be cell phone dispute. Nick was expecting the outcome.

At dinner last night, a friend, Mary, was complaining about her roommate, Bertha, stealing her shirt. Mary went away for the weekend and when she came back she saw Bertha wearing her shirt on pictures in Facebook. Mary was telling Jane the problem and was looking for advise. Jane is the role of the mediator, by getting the different sides of the situation. Bertha, is a lurker because she avoids conflict and telling her roommate the truth. Mary is factchecker, because she is trying to find out the whole truth and taking it too far.

In my situation I was talking with my roommate who has come down with the cold. I questioned him on what caused his ailment. He had trouble answering the question so I offered reasons on why he procured his illness- “reflective deliberative context”. My reasons for the possible infection were as follows, drinking contaminated water, interacting with new people, beginning a new training regimen –“rationale/claim”. I believe he received his sickness from drinking contaminated water, because someone threw up in our bathroom earlier in the week- “conclusion”.
